Can You Be Married To Two Different People In Two Different Countries?

You know, you wouldn’t think that somebody could be married to several different people in several different countries (unless their religion allowed it), but yeah, believe it or not, you actually can — it’s not right, but it is possible.

For instance, I’ve heard of some guys (and women) from the Philippines who’ve had families there, but once they moved to the US, they started up another family here, even marrying the person from here, while still being married back in their home country. Like I said, it’s not actually allowed, but often times, the different countries don’t always share such records or information, so many do get away with doing so.

Again, it’s not right, but it is possible.
