Hey Andy, Would you help another person of a different religious? Also, please state which religious group you would never help and reason why. And last question, would you even spit on someone if they were on fire if they had different beliefs than you?
Those are some harsh questions! Would I help another person of a different religion? Heck yeah, of course I would. I don’t even think it’s in me to not help somebody. However, now that I type this, I have to ask you what you mean by “help”. You know, like, with what?
What wouldn’t I help people with?
- Would I help them chop wood to use so they can sacrifice something to their god? No.
- Would I sharpen their swords by choice so they could cut off someone’s (or my) head? No.
- Would I would I lie for them in court? No.
What would I help them with?
- Would I help somebody of a different religion who was trapped in a burning car? Yes, I would definitely help them.
- Would I help somebody of another religion who was poor and needed financial help, and I had some money on me that would help them out of their situation? Sure.
- Would I hold their hair up as they puke? Sure.
- Would I befriend somebody of a different religion? Ask the ones I have now.
Would I spit on somebody if they were on fire?
Probably not (unless I had a lot of water in my mouth), but I’d probably take the shirt/coat off my own back and try to pat it out…or push them into a body of water if one was near, or douse them with a fire hose or fire extinguisher. I wouldn’t watch them burn, if that’s what you mean.
You get the picture though, right?
